Stay in control of your spending & improve account security. We highly recommend you use the "Alerts" feature in our online and mobile banking to ensure you know about banking transactions and balance updates to your accounts the moment they occur. Creating daily balance alerts can also potentially help you avoid overdraft fees by being aware of your daily account balances. Notifications can be delivered by email, text message or mobile push notifications. This can help you monitor your finances and detect fraudulent account/debit card use in real-time. Emails will be sent from "alerts@mct.bank" and text messages will be sent from "31727" or "66368." As an added layer of security, MCT customers may also request to add a password to their customer profile that would be used for in-person banking transactions or when calling MCT. To set this up, please call us at 877-325-2265 Monday-Friday 8am-6pm or Saturday 8am-1pm. To get started, download the MCT Mobile App and login (or enroll). Step 1: Tap the "More" menu at the bottom-right and then tap "Alerts" Step 2: Tap the menu for "Manage Delivery" and follow the instructions to add your email address and your cell phone number. This will allow you to choose where to send your alerts in later steps. Step 3: Turn on Security Alerts for added protection.
Step 4: On the Alerts menu, tap "Account Alerts," then select the account you want to create alerts for, and you'll be presented with multiple alert options to choose from. Add as many as you would like.
