Anthony Postupack voted onto the board of the NEPA BFC

Anthony Postupack, Senior Commercial Loan Officer with the Mauch Chunk Trust Company, was recently voted onto the board of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Alliance Business Finance Corporation (NEPA BFC). Anthony’s primary role will be to review and approve SBA 504 loan requests for business customers and offer his knowledge of commercial lending and credit and provide feedback to the staff of NEPA BFC. Anthony will also attend quarterly Board meetings to vote on important items and offer his input on governance and future initiatives of the organization.

Anthony is a graduate of Leadership Carbon in 2012, Schuylkill Executive Leadership in 2021, as well as the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending in 2013. Postupack is a 2009 graduate of Bloomsburg University, holding a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and a graduate of Hazleton Area High School in Hazleton, PA, and currently resides in Luzerne County.

 

Founded on September 23, 1964, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) is a private, non-profit, regional community and economic development agency, which serves the seven counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania including Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, and Wayne. NEPA BFC services include Business Financing, Government Contracting Assistance, & International Trade Assistance. One of their major programs is administrating the SBA 504 Loan Program throughout our 7-county region and working closely with financial institutions and other economic development organizations in these areas to serve the financing needs of small business customers.

Incorporated in 1902, Mauch Chunk Trust is the successor institution to the Second National Bank of Mauch Chunk established in 1864.
